Abstract: The presented contribution deals with law problems of reenactment and clubs of military history, which presents reenactment in Slovakia. Contribution describes activities of these clubs, especially its benefits for the public. The main goal is to remind negative consequences of recent changes in gun law, which can be destructing for clubs and their activities. Contribution also describes usage and collecting historical military vehicles for reenactment purposes and its legal limitations. Author uses descriptive method, using available literature, and his own knowledge of reenactment earned during more than eleven years acting in reenactment.
