Title: Návrh virtuálnej prezentácie pohrebiska z doby bronzovej v Cinobani
(Proposal for the virtual presentation of the Bronze Age burial site in Cinobaňa) – pdf
Abstract: The study presents a proposal for a virtual presentation of an important archaeological site from the Bronze Age in the village Cinobaňa, Poltár district. The current modern and progressive possibilities of making the prehistoric period accessible through virtual methods can contribute to a better perception and presentation of extinct societies and their activities. The knowledge obtained from the archaeological excavations in Cinobani was digitized and synthesized in a digital environment for the purposes of the design. The proposed concept is adapted to the possibilities of accessibility directly at the site. For the purpose of the work plan, the burial ground is reconstructed together with the selected grave structures at the time of its existence. The proposed virtual content is fully interactive and adaptable in the future. Users will be able to access digital content through so-called XR reality. If there is interest in completing the design, multiple stakeholders need to be involved in the process for a quality and sustainable presentation.
